Don't you sometimes think life is way too short to worry or stress about?

WELL I DO

I don't care so much about how goofy I may appear, or how odd my hair looks today, or the way my positivity in everything can be over bearing sometimes...

I think I am just done with thinking about the past. I am building my future.
And the present moment is mine, it is a personal and special gift to myself that I can mould and sculpt into anything I want.

I'm learning to go with my own flow of life, and I seem to get frustrated when I AM NOT FOLLOWING my own intuition and dreams.

The dis-ease in life is not about the situations or the people around you. It's that deep down, you know there is something more you can change or do. Or that the past decisions you have made have lead you up to this moment in time.

AND THAT'S FINE

Things can change once you decide that with this gorgeous and beautiful moment, you can DECIDE to be the person you are. It isn't about recreating yourself or making yourself a better person. You already are.

You simply have to unmask all the illusions and let your true self shine and trust it.

Trust yourself and you'll go far.

I promise.

"Sometimes life doesn't give you the best situations or relationships. They are simply opportunities to decide how you want to grow and deal with them"

Living With A Light Heart

"Laughter is truly one of the best medicines and after you've done what you can to resolve a bad situation, you can help yourself best by seeking out ways to lighten your mood.

Your brain works more efficiently when the negative emotions of worry and anxiety aren't weighing you down. You can see what's going on in a difficult situation far more easily if you're able to tune into the lighter side of your day.

- Share a laugh or joke with work colleagues
- Catching up friends at the end of the day

And when things do become tense, recapture a time when you enjoyed a great old embarrassing laugh"

Breaking Up With Your Parents

It's not the best event in an adolescent's life when you have to tell your parents or guardian that you want to do something crazy, wild and imaginative as a career, or a big movement that YOU want to start.

Everybody does it, but why does nobody talk about it?

It's a difficult thing to do, because if your parents haven't come from a background, environment or circulation of inspiration that you have experienced in life, they may go as far as to reject your idea. some however, share the same beliefs and dreams as you, and continually support and encourage their child to grow in their chosen area.

Now, no idea or dream can be big or unattainable.

It's limiting beliefs that stop us. whether that's your surrounding friends, family members or even work colleagues. It takes a strong individual to step out of line and walk their own path.

A relationship with a parent, is far more difficult than others simply because they are a strong influence from when you were a child, to embed their values and beliefs on to you.

There's no doubt people struggle when they don't achieve their parent's expectations. But what if their expectations or belief systems is not the same as yours?

Think about it, no icon or record breaker let what other people think or say stop them from achieving their goals. Even facts and statistics cannot stop the mindset of sustaining your true potential. And by potential, i mean your essence, your soul, your light. If you think hard enough, there will be some creative spirit within you that's always wanted to live a life of vitality and passion.

Perhaps that something was not well respected by your peers, not stable or not financially rewarding. The list could go on. But who's to say it was not in the first place? Most likely, yourself and the opinions you have picked up along the way.

So let's clear the air waves....

1. Refresh your mind.

2. Stimulate your senses.

3. Open up your spirit to what you know and truly believe.

4. walk a path to achieve what only you can interpret as joy and bliss.
